Charging the iCON iCS for the First Time
Overview
The iCON iCS battery ships partially discharged. Before first use, charge the instrument fully to ensure accurate battery reporting and optimal battery life.
Charging Instructions
- Connect the supplied power adapter to the USB-C charging port on the iCS instrument.
- Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.
- The battery status LEDs will begin flashing white to indicate charging is in progress.
- Charging is complete when all four battery LEDs show permanently white.

Important Notes
- Do not charge the instrument in temperatures below 0°C or above 40°C. Charging outside this range can permanently reduce battery capacity.
- The instrument can be used while charging.
- If stored for an extended period, recharge the battery at least every three months to prevent deep discharge.
