Mounting the CSX8 Tablet to the vPole

Overview

The CSX8 tablet attaches to the vPole using a dedicated holder and clamp assembly. These steps also apply to the Samsung tablet used with the iCON iCS system.

What You'll Need

  • CSX8 tablet (or Samsung tablet)
  • Tablet holder
  • vPole clamp

Assembly Steps

  1. Slide the tablet holder onto the back of the tablet, ensuring the retaining clips engage on all four corners.
  2. Attach the vPole clamp to the tablet holder by aligning the mounting interface and pressing until it clicks into place.
  3. Slide the assembled tablet and clamp onto the vPole shaft from the top, with the tablet facing you.
  4. Position the tablet at your preferred height along the pole.
  5. Tighten the clamp locking screw clockwise to secure the tablet at the desired position.

Removing the Tablet

  1. Loosen the clamp locking screw counterclockwise.
  2. Slide the tablet and clamp assembly upward and off the pole.
  3. To detach the clamp from the tablet holder, press the release tab and pull apart.

Notes

  • Do not overtighten the clamp locking screw — firm hand-tight is sufficient.
  • Ensure the clamp is fully locked before releasing the tablet while attached to the pole.
