The Customer Care Package (CCP) is a 1-year subscription required to activate and use the Leica 3D Disto software. It is available exclusively through Advanced Dimensions.

What the CCP Includes

  • A valid license key to activate the 3D Disto software on your device
  • Access to limited Leica Geosystems support for the 3D Disto platform

What the CCP Does NOT Include

  • Software updates – The Leica 3D Disto has been discontinued by Leica Geosystems, and no further updates are being released.
  • Hardware warranty or repair services
  • Access to new features

Who Needs It?

Any customer who wants to run the 3D Disto software must have an active CCP. This applies to:

  • New users setting up the software for the first time
  • Existing users whose previous CCP has expired
  • Users who have reinstalled the software or switched devices
